I learnt a lot of leadership skills today at the Leadership & Management Level 2 workshop.
Situational leadership is something we need to apply all the time. The emotional intelligence module is something we need to improve on for unsettling issues that arise at work. The sharing of ideas during the training was very inspiring.
I found the Leadership & Management Level 1 workshop extremely useful and motivating.
The facilitator was enthusiastic and interesting. The day was very interactive and it was great to hear actual daily life examples. I especially enjoyed learning about the different personality types and interactions.
