I learnt a lot of leadership skills today at the Leadership & Management Level 2 workshop.

Situational leadership is something we need to apply all the time. The emotional intelligence module is something we need to improve on for unsettling issues that arise at work. The sharing of ideas during the training was very inspiring.

I recently attended the Dealing with Difficult People & Situations workshop delivered by Business Training New Zealand in Napier.

This was an extremely informative and professional course offering real solutions to many kinds of conflict. I found the whole experience fantastic and the trainer was exceptional. I learnt so much from the day which can be applied to my role going foward. I would certain recommend this course to other colleagues and friends.

The Business Training NZ Time Management workshop was one of the very best workshops I have ever attended! An absolutely worthwhile workshop.
