Leadership and Management Course Part 2

 This workshop will equip leaders and managers with the skills to build high performing and highly motivated teams, the skills to communicate effectively as a leader, become more self-aware, provide coaching and performance management, deal with conflict in a constructive and productive manner, along with developing ways to solve problems as a team. This workshop also gives participants an understanding of the key concepts of leadership and leadership styles along with how to choose and implement a leadership style that is authentic and beneficial to both the organisation and the teams they serve.

Part 2 is a practical skills training course designed for people already in a leadership/management position, or those about to take up a new role, who want to explore the latest thinking and models for effective leadership and management and build on the techniques acquired in our Part 1 workshop.

Course Prerequisite:

Participants must have a good understanding of leadership and management fundamentals and/or have previously attended the Business Training New Zealand - Leadership & Management Level 1 course
